Sultan Qaboos University

Sultan Qaboos University is a public university established in 1982 with nine colleges, namely the College of Arts and social sciences, Economics and Political Science, Science, the College of Engineering, the College of Agricultural and Marine Sciences, the College of Nursing, the College of Medicine and Health sciences, the College of Law, and The College of Education. SQU began studying in 1986, which involved its first cohort. The university seeks to equipped its graduates with knowledge and skills suitable and qualified for the labor market in the Sultanate.
